The next installment of The Heaven and Hell Tour will be here in a couple of days, but having reached a milestone, a celebratory interruption was imperative. My little blog, my diversion and my outlet for my historical nerdom, has just hit 20,000 page views since I began it, studiously, about a year and a half ago.
